Review Plan workflows spike on Thursdays

Feature Overview

What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • Review plan workflows spike on Thursdays
  • When the Review and Recalibrate task was deprecated and integrated into the Review Plan state, all members without a message in the previous week or with overdue Care Plans triggered simultaneously in the new task state.
    • Coaches then updated plans and managed these tasks. However, since most plans were set for the same duration (e.g., 4 weeks), coaches then saw a similar surge in Review Plans after 4 weeks.
      • Bottom Line: There is no technical issue with Care Hub and Review Plans.

      • What to Do:

If you experience a significant spike in Review Plan tasks, please review the logic change (above) and use the following guidance to adjust plan durations, reducing the likelihood of future spikes:

        • Refer to the Review Plan Guru card for guidelines on Action Plan Duration.

        • For members in Action Plan 5 or higher, coaches can choose the best plan duration based on the member's engagement consistency.

        • Recommended durations are 2, 4, or 8 weeks (no guidance for 12 weeks yet).

        • Active and Consistent members: 4 or 8 weeks

        • Inconsistent and/or Inactive members: 2 weeks
