Expiring Plan of Care re-populates

Feature Overview 

What is the expected behavior of this feature?  


  • Expiring Plan of Care: if a PT dismisses the workflow because they don't want to take the suggested actionable, it would go away until the POC expires and then populate as a discharge workflow. 
  • If the POC isn't dismissed, it will keep popping back up daily and even multiple times day as an expiring workflow.

What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Care Plans > Expiring Care Plans > Discharge and Close plan


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • Dismiss until the POC expires IF you don't want to take any actions with the POC until it expires. At this point the POC will populate on the expiration date as a discharge workflow.
  • If you don't dismiss the POC, it will populated daily or multiple times per day as an expiring workflows.
