PT Expiring Care Plans Re-open After Closing

Feature Overview 

What is the expected behavior of this feature?  


  • It is expected that when the Acute Care Plan generates, the Expiring Care Plan workflow closes and should stay closed.
  • This may help:
  • There is a job that runs every 6 hours to find Plan of Care that will expire within 10 days. 
  • An event populates for each identified POC that will expire and from this the workflow is created UNLESS the workflow is left open, a 2nd one will NOT populate. 
  • SOLUTION: Leave the workflow open until the due date AND a new Plan of Care has been created..
