After Configurator changes are made, when will the member see updates in app?

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • After a PT makes Configurator changes, these changes will be reflected in the app for the member when they load a NEW playlist.
    • IF the member already loaded a playlist for the day, it may not reflect the changes until the next day. 
    • IF the member hasn't loaded a playlist yet for the day, changes should then update that day with the newly loaded playlist. 

What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Care Plan Tab/ Treatment.


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  


  • If the member has reported this hasn't updated in their app by the next day when they load the playlist, along with any typical troubleshooting steps, please submit a ticket in Care Hub.

Where can I look for additional information?
