What is the expected behavior of this feature?  


  • When joining a VV the audio will remain audible and clear for the duration of the appointment 


What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Video Visit after joining


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • Have ONLY 1 Care Hub tab open during the time you start the VV
  • Start by turning your video OFF to improve video or audio quality, if that doesn't work the member can also turn their video OFF
  • Logging off and re-joining is an option if this works for the member
  • If the steps above don't solve your issue, please follow the guidance in Ticketing Best Practices
