MES Automated Strikethroughs run on Sundays

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


  • Automated strikethrough will happen after 8 weeks WHEN:
  • Member has been Inactive 8 weeks
  • Member has been unresponsive for 8 consecutive weeks via IAM or SMS.
    • MES could still send messages but there would be no response from the member for the 8 week duration.
  • Member does not have an active member alert.
  • If you see a member who was inactive for more than 12 weeks and they are not struckthrough, you will need to do this manually. 
  • Pro Tip #1: If your member does their last session on Monday, it may be closer to 6 weeks until they are crossed off. 
  • EXCLUSIONS: Maternity, Trial/ VIP, acute members are excluded from the automatic strikethrough process.
