Re-engager workflows explained

Modified on Mon, Sep 29 at 1:06 PM

Feature Overview

What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • This is a reactive workflow
  • The re-engager workflow is triggered if the member, who had an inactive tag automatically added after being inactive for at least a week (M-Su) OR has never logged in:
    • Either generated points from the playlist/library activities (ET, pain log, HLN, article, etc.)
    • OR read an article.
    • OR clicked START (even if they didn't do ANY activity).
  • This workflow will trigger WHEN the member has been inactive EVEN IF they have a strikethrough.
  • Tips on HOW to view the engagement calendar:
    • IF you get a strange re-engager, click the date on the engagement calendar, that it seemed to trigger on, and you should see the full activity even if it isn't colored in.
    • IF you get an unexpected re-engager, click the date on the calendar that it seemed to trigger on and you should see the full activity even if it isn't colored in.
    • IF there is no activity at all, the calendar won't show up. It will show the gray bak ground with the waving person. (In this case it is likely that they clicked START and skipped through the exercises)

  • Task due 24 hours from receipt
    • Auto-resolves with an outbound IAM; can also be manually dismissed.
