Pain Uptick for Inactive Members

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 

  • It is expected that a pain uptick workflow is triggered for active members AND WHEN a member submits a health survey or provides pain feedback in the app. 
  • A pain uptick may trigger for an inactive member when they report pain via the section in the app shown below.
  • Here is what is happening in the app EVEN when there is no actual activity in the app and the member is inactive. There is an option in the member app where the member can report pain. 
    • There is NO re-engager workflow triggered when an inactive member just interacts with this screen shown in image below. 
    • This is working as designed. There is NO need to ticket this issue.
