What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


  • When a member onboards before MES sent the Intro, the coach is responsible for sending the member their own intro. 



What is the location in Care Hub?


  • Workflows in the Profile tab.




Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • See what messages have been sent to the member.
  • Look to see what activity the member has completed in their app.
