Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


  • Member Alert Reminder workflow TIP:

    • A member-alert-reminder workflow is created ONLY if the "Remind At" checkbox is checked and a date is selected. That “Remind At” date governs the due date for the member-alert-reminder workflow.

  • Setting alerts far in the future should be rare and reserved for specific cases (e.g., surgery dates, language needs etc)
