Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature? 

  • Coaches should write their own member introduction messages in Care Hub when the First Week Check-In workflow is due. 
    • This ensures a personalized touch and helps establish a connection with the member. 
    • However, if a coach is on PTO, the Coach Intro will be sent via Mass Messaging. 
    • *** Coaches are not required to send introductions when covering for others.


What is the location in Care Hub?


  • IAM or SMS messaging
