Timeline of phasing out Mass Messaging to integrate AI

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


  • With product improvements in Care Hub and integrated AI on the horizon, the idea is that longer term, Mass Messaging will be ramped down.
  • This timeline is in the scoping phase so it is business as usual until then in regards to mass messaging. 
  • With that said, Hinge Health and Ops Analytics will naturally ramp down the use of Mass Messaging in 2025. 
  • You may begin hearing more about this in Slack and from your manager.



What is the location in Care Hub?


  • Mass Messaging in the IAM/ SMS tab.




Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • If you are having MM related issues, it is recommended to reach out to your manager first who can report your issue on the #mass-messaging-care-team-managers Slack channel.
