How to provide CTA (care team assistant) feedback

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


    • Currently: are team members are submitting CTA feedback via Slack, FreshDesk, Care Hub dropdown, and an open Google form. This is a challenge for the AI pod to consistently find and gather your feedback and to decide on and plan CTA improvements.
    • :flashy-arrow_right: Here is how to submit CTA feedback:
      Use the dropdown icon (right of the AI wand) in Care Hub to type/copy one of the following tags that matches most closely with your observed issue:
      • inaccurate activity
      • irrelevant information
      • inappropriate recommendation
      • redundant
      • PT voice
      • poor grammar
      • other (you can add a quick descriptor here, but try to use the other tags when possible)
    • :bangbang:FYI: when you click the dropdown icon, the CTA message will disappear!
      • If you want to use some of the CTA IAM or have already edited it, we recommend copying the message so that you can send us feedback and still send the saved message to your member. (we know it's a pain to type/copy in the tags above--this is a known friction point and we will follow up on it) That's it!
