Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • When viewing the activity tab this information may help: 
    • Recent Activity
      Description: This section displays the most recent activities recorded by the member and includes Last exercise session, Current streak, Current level

      Source of Data: Daily Playlist, Library ET, DMET/Additional ET on Home


    • View Daily Activity- Calendar View
      Description: The Calendar View provides information on the days members were active and started their Daily Playlist ETs. Even if a member starts a session and does not complete it, the date will still appear as enabled in this view.


    • Daily Playlist
      View Daily Activity- Daily playlist ET sessions dropdown
      Description: The Daily playlist ET sessions dropdown provides a detailed view of the members activity on the daily playlist. It includes information about the name of the exercises in the members playlist, tracking (sensors/no sensors/CV), Reps (completed vs target), Status (skipped), completion time.

    • Action Plan check-in workflow
      Description: The Action Plan check-in workflow is used to review the recently completed action plan with the member, assess progress, and develop the next action plan.

      If you have further questions on what you are seeing (or not seeing) in your Activity Tabs, we ask that you discuss this within your manager team channels.  Manager will then be able to raise themed questions to the Care Hub Product/Ops partners.
