What triggers a completed Daily Playlist, ET and weekly goal?

Feature Overview

What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • What qualifies for a completed Playlist?
    • Playlist complete must be logged in Mixpanel.
    • It will still count as completed in Care Hub even if a member skips exercises.
    • If a member doesn't complete any part of the playlist after ET or closes out of it before the playlist is fully complete, then the playlist will still be visible on the Home screen of the app BUT, assuming the Playlist complete logged in Mixpanel, it would still log the session as completed in Care Hub.
      • The incomplete Playlist in the app will still prompt the member to complete it. Once it's fully complete, it disappears from the Home screen until a new playlist is generated the following day.
    • The four parts of a playlist in the context of Hinge Health's daily activities are: 1. Exercise Therapy (ET) - This is the primary component where members engage in prescribed exercises tailored to their needs. 2. Health Logging - This part involves members recording their health metrics, such as pain levels or activity logs, which helps track their progress. 3. Education Articles - Members are encouraged to read educational content that supports their health journey and provides valuable information related to their conditions. 4. Health Surveys (PROMs) - These are periodic surveys that gather feedback on the member's health status and treatment effectiveness, allowing for adjustments in their care plan.

  • What qualifies for a completed ET?
    • Does it have to be the ET, article AND HLN?
      • NO. EtSessionComplete Continued must be logged in Mixpanel which doesn't require the article or HLN to be completed.
    • Members must just get through to the EtSessionComplete Continued  MP event to have the app record their ET activity for that date in the Care Hub Progress tab >> Calendar/Week view.
    • Any additional elements such as the article that are completed will show up in Care Hub individually with their symbol equivalent such as the + for an article read.

  • If the ET is completed in the library does this also count and show up?
    • YES.

  • What needs to be completed for the weekly goal?
    • Does the member just need to click start?
      • EtSessionComplete Continued must be logged in Mixpanel.
        • Members must get through this MP event to have the app use the session towards their weekly goal.
      • The only thing that matters for the weekly goal/weekly goal streak is that the ET portion is completed.
        • This applies to ET started from Playlist, Library or DMET. Members are not required to complete a specific # of reps for each exercise.
      • Progress is  recorded for a weekly goal if a member completes their Daily ET session, Library or DMET session playlist.

What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Activity/ Engagement
