Coach is unable to add a FWG

Feature Overview 

What is the expected behavior of this feature?  
  • In most cases when a coach is introduced to their new member, they will already have a First Week Goal in place.
  • When there isn't a FWG in place:
    • If the member has not had a FWG tag added this means they have not logged into the app OR clicked next on the first screen.
      • When this is the case, the coach would see the ADD button in the Care Plan Tab enabled BUT... when saving the action plan, there would be a red bar and the action plan would not save. 
        • The member must always create their FWG.
    • If the member has clicked NEXT on the first screen, but exited FTU before setting the FWG, the FWG tag would be be applied. This would mean that the ADD button for the action plans in the Care Plan tab would be disabled.

  • Action Plans > FWG


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • The coach is not able to create the FWG. This is not a bug.
  • Work with the member to create their FWG.
  • Work with your manager if there are further questions.
