What generates a FWG workflow

Feature Overview 

What is the expected behavior of this feature?  
  • Steps to generate FWG workflow
    • Member completes AQ and is tagged  Med tier/ High tier on completion.
    • After provisioning, member completes FTU in the HH app, which includes setting their FWG.
      • FWG tag is added after member clicks to start the FTU. 
    • Member is either manually or auto-transferred to their coach. 
    • After the transfer to coach, a workflow is created for the FWG. 
      • After 2 minutes from the coach transfer/ workflow creation, the workflow transitions to a ready state, and has a due date set for the future. 
    • The workflow would be visible in the member's upcoming workflow section in Care Hub, but would not yet be shown in the coach dashboard or queue.
