Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 

  • It is expected that any member who is no longer eligible for Hinge Health will also NOT have access to Robin. 
    • This, however, is inaccurate. 
    • Any member current or past is able to access AND interact with Robin. 
    • Robin is not able to detect eligibility to the program. 
    • Example: Even if a member's insurance has lapsed, they will have access to Robin.
    • This is NOT considered a bug.
