Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • Check your department Slack channels to see if this a widespread issue and IF SO, make sure your manager is aware of this
  • If this issue hasn't been reported, try the following: 
  • On a Macbook, quit Google Chrome from the dock
    • Load Care Hub in a new Google Chrome instance 
    • Perform any Chrome updates 
  • If the above doesn't work, then try:
    • Log out of Care Hub, clear cache and cookies and shut down your Macbook

    • Restart your Macbook and log into Care Hub.

  • If you continue to have issues after trying the steps above, then: 

    • If this is blocking your work report to your manager to escalate 

    • If this is NOT a blocking issue please follow the guidance in Ticketing Best Practices.

Are there enhancements in process for this feature?

  • Latency issues are continuously being improved, and our Product partners are aware of them.
