Mixpanel data is delayed/ not matching Care Hub Activity tab

Feature Overview 


What is the expected behavior of this feature?
 


  • CareHub and Mixpanel to match in activity within a reasonable delay (at most 24 hours) 
    • What's Happening: Mixpanel data showing NO activity despite CareHub showing it. The delay is 72+ hours. 
  • A fix in progress as of 3/24/25 (ETE-4234)



What is the location in Care Hub?


  • Member profile engagement workflows OR Activity tab
