What is the expected behavior of this feature?

  • A member will be able to book a 15 minute check-in. 

What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Dashboard/  Encounters


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • A member is ONLY able to book a 30 minutes appointment.
  • The 15 minute check-in must be scheduled by their coach through Healthie.
  • This is not a bug so there is no need to submit a Freshdesk ticket.
  • You may submit an enhancement request in Freshdesk.
