Editing Member Notes

Feature Overview 

What is the expected behavior of this feature?  
  • Because member Notes are medical records, there isn't a way to edit the Note after it is saved. No, the member Notes cannot be edited.
  • When an error is found, it is encouraged to add another Note, stating the correction that is needed and to which Note you are referring to. 

What is the location in Care Hub?

  • Note Tab/ Add Note


Troubleshooting

What general best practices can I implement before filing a ticket?  

  • Not need to file a ticket if you questions has been answered.
  • Please add another Note describing the error that you want to correct so that the accurate information is documented.
